I have spent 15 years building and turning around businesses in automotive and digital marketplaces, across Uruguay, the Middle East and Europe. I started at a newspaper in Uruguay, where I built a digital car marketplace from scratch. In Dubai, I grew YallaMotor from a 2-person MVP into a profitable, bootstrapped business across 7 countries. Back in Spain, I led the integration after a merger between two marketplace companies, then joined Velca (an EV motorcycle brand) as Head of Growth. There I built our distributor network from zero, negotiating and signing every deal myself, and took the brand from #18 to #2 in market share. I also brought AI into our commercial operations and work directly with factories in China.
