I was born in Maharashtra and raised in different Indian states. My unique viewpoints and increased appreciation for life, in my opinion, are primarily a result of my upbringing in various parts of the country. I've learned from experience to seize opportunities, regardless of how challenging the circumstances may seem. I hold a B. Com. (Honors) and an M. Com. degree specialising in Corporate Banking and International Business and Banking. In addition, I have recently finished a one-year certificate programme in Advanced Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L). I have also been awarded a “Certificate of Merit” from the CBSE Board, Delhi for my outstanding performance. I have also contributed to creating, refining and modifying various documents such as the HR policy manual, employment form, other HR forms, business website content, HR newsletter, etc. Also, from a young age, I have been captivated by the power of words. I have demonstrated my ability to research and understand complex topics quickly, allowing me to produce well-researched and insightful articles. During my tenure at a former company, I authored an article on behalf of the senior leadership that was published in one of the esteemed magazines. Furthermore, my strong attention to detail and proficiency in adhering to strict time constraints have repeatedly yielded superior-quality work. My lifelong love of learning stems from my naturally curious and imaginative nature, which I attribute to my early years. Being a daughter of an army officer, I was given opportunities to interact with people from diverse cultures and ethnicities since childhood, which helped me broaden my horizons. I am the kind of person who is always willing to take the initiative and have a high level of motivation to accomplish anything I set my mind to.
