My purpose is to maintain the strategic alignment between the Business and IT, in a sustainable manner and in accordance with the objectives of the organization; to generate value, support the development of the country and provide security to our clients with solutions tailored to their needs. Work experience ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ I currently workino on the Business Architecture and IT Services Management in the Business Architecture unit; I'm researching and defining architecture frameworks applicable to different ecosystems and lines of business, building maps of business capabilities; I'm identifying business objectives and motivators and their alignment with the capacities to fulfill them; I'm modeling the AS IS of the architecture, identifying capacities, processes, data and IT assets that support the current operation; I'm defining the TO BE of the architecture, based on the reference models and technological trends; I'm determining the gap between AS IS and TO BE, I'm identifying opportunities for improvement, modernization of IT assets and adoption of new technological solutions; I'm maintaining a common understanding between the business and IT, helping to clarify the requirements, their scope and their impact on the ecosystem of Seguros Bolívar solutions. I started in the Solutions Architecture unit, defining solution architectures that contemplated the application and infrastructure domains and their alignment with the business processes in all the initiatives of the portfolios; ensuring to maintain a deep knowledge of best practices in the IT industry and emerging technologies, articulating and driving innovation and the implementation of new technological trends; articulating with different process teams, product (PM, PO) and technicians in the definition of guidelines and technical and functional characteristics of the requirements and portfolios; supervising that end-to-end implementations comply with standards and guidelines. I designed IT Solutions at the Colombian Attorney General's Office for more than 14 years. At the end of 2007 I started in the Bogota Sectional Directorate and for more than 7 years I was in the ICT Sub-directorate in the Information Systems Department implementing technological solutions and in the IT Architecture Department where I had the opportunity to help the entity in achieving its strategic objectives by adopting comprehensive technological solutions and supporting it from different Architecture Domains.
