As a learning enthusiast, I work with a team of learning and development professionals who design and deliver engaging and impactful training solutions for various clients and industries. We use active learning methodologies, stories, and data to create participant-centric content that enhances learning outcomes and retention. With over five years of experience in L&D, I have developed expertise in hiring, coaching, induction, operations support, and content development. I have facilitated bespoke workshops on campus to corporate, soft-skills, cultural awareness, behavioural skills, POSH, DE&I, customer obsession, growth mindset, and vulnerability for businesses such as Barclays and Cognizant. I have also leveraged my UX and digital marketing skills to create e-learning modules, brochures, and internal communications that enhance the user experience and reach of our training programs.
