With over 15 years of experience in commercial management, data analytics, and business process optimization, I am a Global Business Process Manager at Agfa Radiology Solutions, a leading provider of medical imaging and IT solutions. My mission is to enable and support the global sales and marketing teams, as well as other key stakeholders, to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction through lean management and digital transformation. In my current role, I have end-to-end responsibility for the global order-generation process, as well as ownership of the global CRM tool and related analytical dashboards and reports. I lead a team of two interns and collaborate with various cross-functional and cross-regional teams to design, implement, and maintain the data architecture, data quality, and data governance within the CRM system. I also provide continuous training, coaching, and knowledge transfer across the organization to create a global standardized CRM business process.
