I created accessible and scalable solutions for various healthcare brands and products: - Spearheaded the patterns and documentation efforts within the Design System at TAG - Led the UX design for the WellNow website and Aspen Dental's Patient Check-in, resulting in improved usability and user satisfaction. - Designed and developed a dental Enterprise Practice Management System (EPMS) adopted across 1000+ locations, featuring dashboards and a Patient Communication Tool that optimized office efficiency and patient engagement.
