I love people. Growing up in a poor family in the rural midwest we learned the value of taking care of each other and showing up when you're needed most. That has been the foundational principle for my entire career. I've spent time working in blue collar jobs, putting in the long hours to take care of my family. I've worked in family and teen counseling, helping people work through their problems to find solutions and renewed relationships. More recently, I fell into recruiting where I found the cross roads of my passion, mission, and application of my strengths. In the end, that's why I coach, recruit, mentor, parent, and serve my family and community. I love people.
