With a Master's degree in Environmental Science and 9 years of experience in project management and education, I am a passionate and experienced professional in the fields of ESG and CSR. I currently lead the ESG consulting team at Tikao Technologies, a company that provides innovative solutions for sustainable marketing and social impact. In this role, I leverage my analytical and data analysis skills to help clients assess and improve their ESG performance, align their strategies with global standards and best practices, and communicate their impact to stakeholders. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality projects that meet the client's objectives and expectations. Additionally, I am a visiting faculty at the Institute of Science, where I teach subjects related to Environmental Sociology, Environmental Economics, ESG, and CSR to Master of Science students. Previously, I worked as an assistant professor at the same institute, and as a project manager for several non-governmental organizations. I successfully managed a project aimed at providing livelihood through agriculture to rural communities in India, working with local communities, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. I also published a paper on the research trends and emerging areas of study related to fishery resources in wetlands, using bibliometric analysis and citation analysis.
