I have over 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Morgan Stanley and a Tech Recruiter at Cognizant. I have successfully managed full-cycle recruitment processes, from job analysis and posting, to screening and interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding. I have built and maintained a strong network of top talent in the financial services industry, using various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Talent Insights. I have also developed and implemented diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
