Currently, I am a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, helping clients and candidates on the topics of executive search and leadership advisory in the technology space. In my last role, I was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company. During my 5 years of tenure at the firm, I spent significant time in India, UK, Singapore and Europe. I worked with global clients in TMT (Technology and IT services), Merger Management (M&A), and Advanced Analytics-led growth (DNA), across various topics, ranging from strategy to operations excellence and digital transformation. Prior to McKinsey, I worked for 2 years at Samsung Electronics in the Advanced R&D team. I have completed my MBA from IIM Lucknow (Institute Rank 7) and my engineering from IIT Delhi (Dept Rank 7, AIR 163 in IIT-JEE), with exchange terms across both schools (at Bocconi, Italy and NTHU, Taiwan) I consider myself a Work-In-Progress Global Citizen. My interests include travel, fitness, mindfulness, startups, investing, and electronic music.
