Jiten is a seasoned Technology professional with more than a decade of experience in IT industry in various Techno-Functional and Management roles of Senior Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, Business Analyst, dotNet Developer. Currently working with Citi Bank Canada's Technology division as a Senior Product Owner cum Business Analyst in Payments domain and has worked in past with Wells Fargo Bank as a Senior Digital Product Manager to visualize, design and build Digital products (web and mobile applications) for digital onboarding of customers onto the Merchant Services product offering of the Bank. Earlier he worked with Accenture for ~8 years as a Business Analyst Manager, where he was responsible for analyzing the requirements, designing the architecture of IT systems and web applications and leading the development team throughout the SDLC. Apart from the traditional Technology principles and software design methodologies, Jiten is well-versed with the new technology trends and skills such as Agile, Cloud Computing, Blockchain and Analytics. He has worked for clients across Financial Services (Banking), Public Safety (Policing), Healthcare and LifeSciences industries, and across geographies including US, Ireland, UK, Switzerland, Spain, Australia & India.
