I am currently working with People Theory, a multi-disciplinary strategic HR consulting firm where we are on a mission to build culture-rich and value-driven workplaces within early and growth-stage organizations to become sustainable and future-ready by designing and implementing effective HR strategies and practices that align with their business goals and culture.
