I've worked professionally for 15 years, with 8 of those years spent in QA Automation and leadership roles. I've gotten really proficient at software testing and quality assurance. My job involves pushing the limits of testing techniques and ensuring that we deliver high-quality software. I work as an Automation Test Manager and SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test). I'm familiar with tools such as Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and API Testing. I am familiar with IntelliJ, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, Postman, and Maven, as well as the JavaScript and Python programming languages. Because of these abilities, I am able to lead test automation efforts, allowing things to run more smoothly and quickly. In my current role as QA Automation Manager at Tech-Mahindra, I oversee and lead a team of 15 individuals who work on the automation of Salesforce apps and other third-party applications. I've worked on UI and IVR testing, and I've created and maintained automated test scripts as well as Selenium tools to manage changes in web elements during build releases. But it's not all about technology for me. I'm also skilled in test management. I've worked as a Test Manager and assisted in successfully completing projects. I completed the SAFe Scrum Master certification, demonstrating my dedication to Agile methods of working and ensuring that teams function well together. I, too, am constantly learning. I took ISB's Project Management course to improve my project management and leadership skills. My goal is to continue having a significant impact on software quality and project success. I also enjoy assisting and motivating people to do their best. I'm interested in connecting and exploring opportunities for teamwork or information sharing in the disciplines of QA Automation, Test Management, and Agile software development.
