I am an HR Professional with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Administration (Vocational Course) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Mithibai College. My role involved utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Naukri, Monster, and others to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both contract and permanent positions. Additionally, I conducted thorough background checks and verifications, while also providing counseling and guidance to candidates based on their profiles and the specific job openings. As a team lead, I actively contributed to enhancing the recruiting skills and performance of my colleagues. I also played a key role in training newcomers to become effective recruiters. My overarching life purpose is to evolve, empower, and enable the lives of those who are being recruited.
