I started my career as a Chemical Engineer working on the ground with operations, processes, and plant performance. That early exposure shaped how I think even today—very practically, very execution-focused, and always close to reality rather than theory. Over time, I moved deeper into operations, supply chain, and large-scale transformation, helping businesses solve one core challenge: how to turn strategy into real, measurable execution. At the heart of my work is a focus on cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and capex execution—especially in projects tied to scaling, capacity expansion, capability upgrades, ESG, and QHSE performance. What I’ve learned over time is that most organizations don’t fail because they lack ambition. They struggle because execution becomes disconnected from financial discipline and operational clarity. My role has always been to bridge that gap. Alongside corporate transformation work, I’ve also built a strong personal interest in learning how companies truly create value—not just operationally, but from an investment perspective. I actively study businesses, their value propositions, and market behavior, with a focus on long-term investing, positional strategies, and swing trading. Beyond that, I’m deeply passionate about supporting startups and founders—helping early-stage companies think through scaling strategies, operational structure, and sustainable growth pathways. I also work with investors to identify early-stage opportunities where real value creation is happening before it becomes visible to the broader market. But one of the most meaningful parts of my journey is outside of corporate and investment spaces. I actively support: Children’s education initiatives, helping create better access and opportunities for learning Young graduates and job seekers, where I help them build strong CVs, optimize LinkedIn profiles, and position themselves effectively in competitive job markets And I guide professionals using modern, practical job search strategies designed to help them land meaningful roles.
