Hi there! 👋🏻 I’m Jeremy – and I’m obsessed with all things digital. I’m driven by understanding human behavior and designing better technology. I love impactful work, especially when it involves reinventing a whole experience or designing it from scratch. ❓Here’s a question: What is the last time you hit the Help section of an app or website? 🔎 As a UX Researcher for Glovo, it’s my job to think about that every day. In other words, I strive to better understand couriers’ needs in terms of support by conducting generative, discovery (and sometimes validation) studies. Since January 22, I’ve been Glovo’s point person for Courier Support. It’s my job to make sure the company provides couriers the best user experience when they need support. While at Glovo, my biggest accomplishments have been: * Informing the redesign of the courier app support information architecture * Providing guidelines for Glovo to improve communications around Earnings * Improving note-taking practices inside the company ❓Here’s another question: when was the last time you had to interact with a vocal assistant? 🤖 Prior to this role, I was at Renault, where I spent 2 years building a vision for digital companion for the business and its customers. This work resulted in proofs of concepts of the face of AI in a car. In a nutshell, I conducted user research and prototyped a whole driving experience in a car simulator. 📚 Professionally, I’m motivated by learning, evangelizing, and mentoring. As a result of my work, I’ve been recognized by my colleagues for my ownership skills and my ability to ship fast. 🏃‍♂️Outside of work, I recharge by running or travelling. What I appreciate about my job is being able to pursue both my personal goals and professional passions with equal gusto – honestly, I think it makes me a better researcher.
