After nearly two decades of working as an internal People & Culture professional in fast-paced vibrant businesses and ultimately becoming a Chief People Officer by the age of 35, I set out to help organizations evolve and transform using my hands-on practical skills and experience as a consultant. People are my jam. I spend my days thinking about what makes us tick and how we collectively sync that with meaningful work that moves the world forward. I light up most working with conscious leaders to empower them to build a human-centric future for themselves and their teams. I've learned these skills through lifelong studies in operations, human resources, organizational development, and industrial psychology work.
