Most recent experience spanning over a decade within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition industry across a variety of healthcare industries and roles has allowed me to have insight and understanding within hiring practices. I hold a Bachelor in Psychology with a Minor in Social Work. These skills allow me to provide a unique understanding and ability to meet the needs of the clients I support. My career has spanned multiple organizational sizes from Fortune 500 with over 2,000 employees to small medical device start-up with less than 50 employees. I reside in the suburbs of SE Wisconsin with my husband and young daughter. In my free time I enjoy creative writing, photography and helping others see the very best in themselves.
