He is an accredited Learning and Development Coach by KASE, Govt. of Kerala, a Certified Master Trainer by HY+ (University of Helsinki, Finland), and the Co-Founder and Training Head at BRANDisam LLP, where he combines strategic branding insights with transformative training interventions. He spent nine years as a Master Trainer and Skill Development Executive for Kerala’s Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) and gained international exposure as a Consultant Developer at Flatirons Geomagnetic Services LLC, Colorado, USA. Jeevan holds a Postgraduate Degree from Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Life Skills Education from the Central University of Kerala. He also served as a Research Assistant at CUSAT for two years. He was recognised among the Top Ten entries in the ‘Be Skilled Be Relevant’ National Level Contest conducted by National Skill Networks. Known for his forward-thinking approach, he is one of the few trainers in India to integrate cutting-edge technologies like Virtual Reality into training and education, creating immersive learning experiences that have impacted thousands across diverse domains, including Life Skills, Entrepreneurship Development, Organisation Development, Outdoor Behavioural Training (OBT), Branding, and Marketing.
