I’m Jayshree, SDE II @ Amazon, with engineering experience across Amazon, 6sense, Citicorp, and Goldman Sachs. I’ve built large-scale distributed systems, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered personalization products -and have seen firsthand what it takes to grow as an engineer and navigate competitive product-company hiring. Now I help engineers do the same. Whether you're trying to break into MAANG, move to a top product company, prepare for SDE interviews, improve your resume, or plan your next switch, I can help you figure out what actually deserves your time. Because the internet already has enough advice. You need advice that makes sense for your situation.
