Had a 1 hour session with Jay. The session was good, Jay being an industry veteran has lot of good insight to share in the direction of preparing for lead/architect role. Recommend to people to connect with him for scenario/behavioural and resume based interview session or service based technical interview. Did 1 small HLD session in the end, but I was expecting 1 hour session purely dedicated to system design at bar equivalent to FAANGMs. Nonetheless, the session was informative and had a good time discussing multiple things with him.
