I began my career as a technical developer before exploring roles in multiple domains. An interesting part of my journey is that I "swapped B-Schools"—I initially pursued my MBA at IIM Mumbai, but after one year, I dropped out and completed my MBA at IIM Calcutta over two years. This three-year period of non-corporate time gave me invaluable perspective on my professional path and goals.
At Kearney, I was fortunate to work on impactful international projects, such as launching UPI for the Central Bank of UAE. Currently, as the Director of Product at ITILITE, I lead a team of 6 product and design professionals, overseeing 3 products across two geographies.
I’m passionate about mentoring individuals in their career transitions, helping them realize their full potential. My ultimate aspiration is to start my own venture, alongside my goal of becoming a dedicated teacher and coach, guiding future leaders toward success.
