Hi there! I'm Jaykishan Garach, an accomplished IT professional with 19+ years of success in leading technology teams and delivering high-quality products/applications in the Telecom/Datacom domain. A strategic leader in global project management, I seamlessly transitioned projects from the US, Canada, and Switzerland to India, fostering operational excellence and maintaining high-quality standards. Notably, I personally oversaw transitions with on-site visits to the US and Switzerland. My decade-plus expertise in strategic collaboration with Presales resulted in successful Proof of Concepts with on-site visits to customer labs across South Korea, Japan, and Thailand, strengthening client relationships and securing key business opportunities. For the past 5 years, have taken a keen interest in the India Start Up story and am very much excited and optimistic about its exceptionally great prospects, and hence as an angel investor, have invested in multiple early age start-ups, working in environment sustainability & women empowerment, solving genuine real-life problems, impacting a greater mass. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights with the next generation of students/professionals and fostering intellectual exchange within academic communities and have been delivering lectures to college students and mentoring them. Have always mentored early and mid-career professionals in my career journey and am continuing to do so.
