At Infosys, I worked with cross-functional teams supporting global clients, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and incident resolution. I collaborated with developers and business analysts to align priorities, enhance system performance, and streamline service operations. My work supported roadmap execution, process improvements, and ITSM workflows using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel — preparing me for roles in project coordination, product delivery, and technology consulting. As President of the Graduate Students’ Association at Carleton University (2024–25), I led strategic and community-focused initiatives that impacted over 6,000 students.
