About me

I’m a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in project coordination, product support, and IT delivery across Agile environments. At Infosys, I worked with cross-functional teams supporting global clients, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and incident resolution. I collaborated with developers and business analysts to align priorities, enhance system performance, and streamline service operations. My work supported roadmap execution, process improvements, and ITSM workflows using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel — preparing me for roles in project coordination, product delivery, and technology consulting. As President of the Graduate Students’ Association at Carleton University (2024–25), I led strategic and community-focused initiatives that impacted over 6,000 students. I oversaw program planning, digital service transformation, and stakeholder engagement while advocating for policy reform and resource access. I organized engagement campaigns, coordinated volunteer teams, and built institutional partnerships to improve service delivery — experiences directly aligned with nonprofit coordination and public engagement roles. I hold a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University, Canada. This program is delivered through the Sprott School of Business and focuses on the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I also hold a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India. These academic foundations have equipped me with the strategic and technical skills to align business goals with scalable, user-centered solutions.
