Her non-traditional career path - from Economics graduate in consulting to Data Science - has given her a unique edge, combining technical expertise with strong business communication skills. At Fitch, she leverages cutting-edge Gen AI technologies to build scalable solutions, while actively exploring open-source models for impactful product development. Her work has earned her significant recognition, including the AI100 award in Generative AI category 2024, and being named among the 25 visionary women in FinTech AI by Data Science Salon NYC. Beyond her technical achievements, Jayeeta is a passionate advocate for women in tech. As NYC Chapter Lead for Women in AI and an ambassador for Stanford's Women in Data Science, she has conducted over 40 free tech talks and workshops. Her mentorship impact earned her a Times Square Billboard feature by Topmate, recognizing her as among the Top 1% of mentors in North America. Her expertise is further validated through speaking engagements at ICML, ODSC, and CDAO, along with judging roles at prestigious venues like The AI Journal Awards and NeurIPS 2024.
