I started off my career at Citi Bank, where I joined their sales and marketing team. It was a fantastic opportunity that gave me some serious industry insights and allowed me to fine-tune my skills in client relationship management and sales strategies. But that was just the beginning. I then moved to Interactive Impact, starting as a developer and quickly climbing the ladder to a project management role. I gotta say, I rocked at managing and delivering projects while leading awesome cross-functional teams. In 2003, I took a leap of faith and founded Exiion Infotech. We started with just three team members, but boy, did we grow! I nurtured that baby into a thriving organization with a whopping 150 professionals. We became known for our innovative solutions and top-notch customer service. Then came the 2008 recession. But hey, I wasn't one to back down from a challenge. That's when I founded Dream Solutions, a tech firm that weathered the storm and caught the attention of Quadrant Four Technologies. They were so impressed that they acquired us in 2013. Talk about resilience and navigating through tough times! After that sweet acquisition, I snagged a leadership role as the Vice President at Quadrant Four Systems Corporation. I took the reins of the Mobility team, driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions in the mobile tech space. My strategic vision and expertise really made a difference, as we achieved major milestones and satisfied the evolving needs of our clients. Oh, and let's not forget about my baby, Smart Sight Innovation. We started with just four of us and grew into a team of 100 incredibly talented professionals. People recognize us for our cutting-edge technology solutions and unwavering commitment to making our clients happy. When I'm not busy being a tech guru, I'm all about social service. I'm involved with The Art of Living, where I've started projects to empower students and guide them on their career paths. But it's not all work, work, work.
