With over 19 years of work experience, 15 of which are in corporate training, I am a passionate and versatile learning leader who specializes in people transformation through research methods and mental models. I have a master's degree in psychology and a certification in behavioral training, which enable me to design and deliver effective and engaging learning solutions for diverse audiences and domains. As an independent consultant and a senior manager at Agility GIL Shared Services, I am responsible for the end-to-end employee training lifecycle, performance and deliverables, compliance and governance, and internal stakeholder management. I lead a team of two training specialists for a logistics-based shared service center with close to 500 headcount.
