As an Executive - Training & Delivery at Cognixia-Collabera, I handle the full lifecycle of learning programs: planning, stakeholder alignment, trainer coordination, execution and post-training analysis. The focus is never just conducting sessions - it's ensuring participants engage, complete and apply what they learn. I've managed corporate training delivery across IT, Telecom and Insurance in both classroom and virtual environments. A major part of my work involves tracking effectiveness - building dashboards, analysing assessments and using LMS data to understand participation patterns and learning gaps. My interest lies in training operations - creating structured execution systems so programs don't depend on manual follow-ups or firefighting. When training runs predictably, trainers can focus on teaching and learners can focus on learning.
