Climate Scenario Analysis Dashboard — Company-Level Financial Risk Estimator

This interactive Streamlit dashboard estimates the financial risk a company faces from climate-related hazards based on its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions—Scope 1, 2, and 3—across various Shared Socioeconomic Pathway (SSP) scenarios. By inputting key company data such as sector, region, and emissions, users receive a projection of Value at Risk (in $) for the years 2025, 2030, and 2050.

The dashboard visualizes the impact of different climate scenarios on financial exposure, providing a useful tool for ESG analysts, investors, and sustainability professionals to assess climate risk and support strategic decision-making.

  • Supports sectors: Energy, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Finance
  • Regional inputs covering Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa
  • Scenario choices including SSP1-2.6 (low emissions), SSP2-4.5 (medium emissions), and SSP5-8.5 (high emissions)
  • Outputs include data tables, line charts, and downloadable CSV reports
  • Designed as an initial-level, assumption-based model to aid early-stage climate risk analysis

Note: The model currently uses illustrative hazard multipliers and placeholder financial values. Future enhancements will incorporate detailed physical hazard data for more precise risk estimation.
