Below listed are just two examples of my experience in this domain.
1. Designing 3D Model of Aircraft Boxer Engine; (In-progress)
•Designing and creating a Two-Cylinder, Twin OHC (Overhead Camshaft) Diesel Engine with a downdraft of 4 valves per cylinder, Crankcase, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Piston Assembly, Gear Box and Exhaust Ports.
•Creating the blending "Vertical "downpipe with 35 degrees angled inlet port in the Cylinder Head.
•Generating 3D model & 2D drawings of different parts of the Boxer Engine and preparing different views like Plan view, Elevation View, Orthogonal View, Auxiliary View, etc. SolidWorks 2020 and AutoCAD 2019 software from the client's hand-made sketches.
•Develop conceptual layout and design of the "Boxer Engine" from the given specifications from the Casting/Foundry using SolidWorks software.
•Designing and alteration of the CAD Model according to the Australian and UK Standards such as AS 1874-200, AS K1.10-1957, AS/NZS 1734:1997 and a few others.
2. 3D/2D Modeling of fabrication parts for Steel products; (In-progress)
•Creating detailed mechanical design schematics and CAD model/drawings of parts and assemblies from various components of the given sketch and generating the 3D/2D fabrication drawing for production using SolidWorks 2020.
•Modifying previous revisions and updating with the current design as per the client's requirement.
•Generate BOM's for simple to complex machine parts, including the assemblies (Top Level, Extended Parts into Excel, Item BOM), cut-list of weldment parts, flat patterns for sheet-metal parts.
