As a Member of Technical Staff at The D. E. Shaw Group I work around building and optimizing infrastructure and applications for Traders. My work involves designing and coding web services and APIs for onboarding, modeling, and trading complex asset classes in the Energy Markets. I am proficient in Python and React js which enables me to tackle as a Full Stack Developer. I graduated with a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in May 2021. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience in data analysis, programming, and logical thinking as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant. I also honed my communication and teamwork skills by collaborating with professors, peers, and students on various projects and assignments. I am eager to learn new technologies and methodologies, and to contribute to the innovation and excellence of The D. E. Shaw Group.
