I’m a people and results-driven operations leader with a passion for building efficient systems, leading with integrity, and creating meaningful impact. With a foundation in Business Administration and hands-on experience in retail, logistics, and government, I thrive in environments where leadership, structure, and innovation intersect. Currently, I serve as an Area Manager Intern at Amazon, where I lead teams in fast-paced environments and drive performance through operational excellence, strategic planning, and frontline leadership. I was also selected as a White House intern, an opportunity that affirms my readiness to lead in both public and private sectors. I gained early exposure to customer service and operational excellence during my time at Apple, where I developed a strong foundation in client engagement, problem-solving, and adapting quickly in dynamic, high-performance settings. These experiences helped shape my approach to people-first, results-oriented leadership. My long-term vision is to work through all levels of operations, gaining a deep, hands-on understanding of business infrastructure to ultimately become a Chief Operating Officer and real estate developer. I aim to drive generational wealth, sustainable growth, and meaningful impact, both in boardrooms and in communities. To further support this vision, I plan to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) followed by a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), deepening my expertise in strategic leadership and organizational growth.
