This session is designed for candidates preparing for the XLRI Jamshedpur WAT–GDPI process who want clarity on how to approach the interview, group discussion, and writing task without relying on scripted answers.

I have been through the XLRI selection process myself, securing a 99.48th percentile in XAT and getting merit-listed. Based on this firsthand experience, this discussion is meant to serve as a starting point to help you understand what XLRI looks for and how to present your profile with confidence and authenticity.
