Jasmine is an award-winning technical product manager, government technical advisor, Leading SAFe5 Agilist, and creator of U.S. government (Executive and Legislative Branches) and private sector technology security policy. She specializes in out-of-the-box thinking to address complex issues across sectors, forming the strategic collaborations required for unified communication, and producing quantifiable results. As both a government contractor and federal employee, Jasmine has led federal acquisition processes and co-written a multimillion-dollar technology-based federal contract. This enabled her to develop actionable bipartisan technology policy across critical infrastructure sectors with the goal of enhancing infrastructure resiliency, bidirectional transparency and accountability, workforce strength to improve force acceleration, and optimizing domestic and foreign public-private partnerships, which are required to adapt to and innovate in the rapidly converging physical and digital landscape. Jasmine's advocacy work on behalf of underrepresented and underserved groups in STEM through frequent public speaking engagements and mentoring of youth and young adults is an integral part of her mission and desire to increase opportunities for underrepresented groups in the technology field on a national and international level.
