Hi there👋 I’m the Chief Technology Officer at The Delta, an international venture catalyst. Before co-founding The Delta in 2018, I spent over a decade executing the architecture and development of systems and teams in FinTech and AutoTech among others. Now, our mission at The Delta is to codify the process for building successful ventures at hypergrowth - from ideation to exit. As CTO, I’ve driven the growth of our engineering team from 0 to over 100 in under three years. And this is what I’m passionate about; establishing, evolving, and leading engineering talent-rich teams, as well as designing and advising on the organisational infrastructure that supports a remote and asynchronous company culture. I’ve recently adopted a nomadic lifestyle, exploring new cities, countries, and continents while continuing to lead and expand our engineering team and company as a whole.
