Let’s check what your PRD assumes about the system with Janvi Umendra

Every PRD makes claims about how the system works: “the API returns X,” “this field is optional,” “we already support that flow.” Most of them are right. The ones that aren’t are why engineering sends it back, why estimates slip, and why the feature ships three weeks late.

Bring a PRD or BRD you’re about to hand over (or one that just came back). In 30 minutes we’ll go through it together, flag each place it assumes something about system behaviour you haven’t confirmed, and work out how to ground those sections in what the code actually does.
