Group Supervision

Group supervision fees vary depending on the final group size. This structure is designed to make supervision more accessible while also allowing for meaningful peer learning and discussion. Fees are determined based on the confirmed group size at the beginning of the supervision cycle and remain fixed for that cycle (4 group supervisions), even if a participant chooses to discontinue midway.

(For group supervision, I encourage therapists to bring someone they would want to work with, it can be anyone but someone with a similar background and stage of profession is preferable. I will also match therapists based on their stage of practice, similarities in modalities, and overall effectiveness of the group)

Group size: 2 : 60 minutes: 1200 per person

Group size: 3: 75 minutes: 1100 per person

Group size: 4: 90 minutes: 800 per person

Group size: 5: 90 minutes: 600 per person

Key areas of supervision:

Setting up a private practice: I can offer guidance on logistics, documentation, boundaries, case management, ethics of marketing, building supporting structures in your own practice.

Managing imposter syndrome and finding your "Therapist Self" : Exploring the self of the therapist, beliefs and values, identifying your unique approach to therapy, building your preferred therapist identity, and navigating burnout and improving self-care.

Clinical skills: Support in work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, life transitions, grief, trauma, etc. and in building specific therapeutic skills.
