About me

Janhavi (she/her) is a 23-year-old out there trying to create an impact and bring a change. She is constantly learning and unlearning about things. Janhavi is currently working at Springworks in the marketing team. She is writing a weekly newsletter for HR and People Ops professionals Earlier, she has worked as People’s specialist at Threedots where she setup the HR department from 0 to 1, and has worked with various internet-based companies in diverse roles where she was handling Human Resources, Content, Social Media, Marketing and Growth. This was an attempt to identify her calling. She is always looking forward to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Specialities: Human resources, Culture management, DIE&B, Communication, Market research, Leadership, Team management and team building, Social media marketing and management, Brand building, Content writing, Conflict management etc. She has volunteered and worked with 30+ NGOs in various capacities and is constantly looking to contribute and give back to society.
