Hi, I’m Janaki! I’m currently pursuing my MBA at ISB, after spending 4.5+ years at Genpact, where I worked across Bids & Proposals Management, commercial strategy, pricing, and growth operations. Over the years, I’ve navigated quite a few transitions myself - from starting my corporate career straight out of college, growing into a managerial role, to eventually making the leap to business school. Along the way, I’ve learned that having the right perspective (and sometimes just the right person to talk to!) can make career decisions a lot less overwhelming. On Topmate, I’d love to help with resume reviews, career conversations, MBA/education counselling, ISB admissions and experience, as well as Bids & Proposals and Project Management for those looking to understand or grow in these domains. My sessions are meant to be candid, practical, and personalized. No generic playbooks, just a conversation focused on where you are, what you’re trying to figure out, and how I can help. Let’s connect and figure out your next move together!
