What we'll do together

1. Map out where you want to go.
2. Get clear on your goals, whether that's deepening your expertise, moving into a new kind of role, or working towards a certification and figure out how to get there.
3. Build the skills that matter.
4. Focus on the core of the job, things like requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process modelling, analysis and thinking with real exercises and honest feedback along the way.
5. Talk through real situations. I'll share what I've learned from actual BA work, the messy bits included, so you get advice you can use straight away rather than textbook theory.
6. Keep you on track. Mentoring works because someone's checking in. We'll track how you're progressing, adjust where needed and keep you moving towards what you set out to do.
