I am a “Girl on a mission” - having lots of adventures on my journey! This is my story about professional journey. I graduated in Information Technology and joined TCS as a consultant. I spent sometime consulting companies from different backgrounds like Australia, Netherlands and USA . I always wanted to make change happen. I quit and joined my family business. Made sure I get the best of both the worlds. (corporate and family business) I loved playing with technology in family business and implemented IOT ( Internet of Things ),SOPs and different process in business. In 4 years, we expanded our operations from 1 city to 4 states , from 50 buses to 350+ buses, from 100 to 800 employees and from a No tech to a Pro tech company. With this change in place I was able to real difference and I got opportunity to be director at cooperative bank. Yes , Both the worlds were different but one thing was common at both: Requirement of change I learned the business. Worked on financial health , systems and technology at the bank. So, This is how I spend my day:  Streamlining and optimizing day to day business operations through power of technology  Finding opportunity for crating favorable future businesses  Reading books and learning on youtube/MooCs  Having fun with family
