My mission is to work in a high-growth eco-system where I can create a substantial impact using my analytical, leadership skills, and design thinking approach. For the last 3 years, I have been working closely in the product space. At present- I am working with a fintech startup as an Associate Director, Product and am leading a team of 3 PMs. I have worked on scaling their products from 0-to-1 and further from there. Until 2021, I was working on my own venture, until recently, for the past 1 year. I took the company, Edgenus, from 0 to 1 in a span of 10 months and was able to grow the user base to 5000. Till August end, the total GMV was $30,000 and was able to create some dent in the Edtech industry (for the extra-curricular industry). To elaborate on my experience, after graduating from IIT-Guwahati in 2017, I have worked in multiple roles in strategy and product management in organizations such as American Express and ZS Associates. In this span- I have worked on projects related to strategizing the team activities, and business deliverables, and channelizing the efforts subject to the project. I also have experience working in market analysis & business development. I was able to work on global projects in collaboration with teams sitting across the US. Japan. Few of the recent initiatives in the ex-companies are related to Covid Lending strategy, creating solutions to drive customer experience during collections, etc I did play leadership roles such as being the Overall coordinator of the major departmental fest of IIT-Guwahati. I also acted as a team leader during my internship experiences which have eventually led to successful work completion. I am open to traveling to different locations and believe that I can produce meaningful and revolutionizing results based on my skillset and knowledge.
