I am currently working as a project manager in the medical technology sector, and I am also an entrepreneur in the areas of consulting, training and coaching in the field of modern leadership and corporate culture. In relation to my work as a consultant, trainer and coach, I am currently developing the "Vienna leadership model", which on the one hand reflects my many years of experience in various companies, but also shows new approaches to be better prepared for future challenges, especially with regard to generations Z and Alpha, who are currently and will soon be entering the job market. Furthermore, it is important to have employees who have an entrepreneurial-DNA and not a 9-5 mentality. Everyone must see themselves as part of the whole, so it is important to find people with the right values ​and the right mentality right from the start, during the recruitment process in the HR department. Someone can be the best specialist, but if their values ​do not fit the culture of the overall organization, certain problems will arise sooner or later. Basically, there are different system-environments in organizations, but an overall system in which all system environments must harmonize in order to ultimately ensure long-term and sustainable success, i.e. a holistic approach that needs to be continuously sharpened and improved.
