Decision Calibration (for senior/leadership roles)

This session is not about discovering hidden insights or giving clever frameworks.

In my experience, most people with ownership already know what needs to be done.

What’s missing is usually:

1. Clear trade-offs
2. External judgment
3. The discipline to commit to an uncomfortable decision

This 30-minute session is designed to pressure-test your thinking, surface assumptions, and help you commit to the right course of action.

How this session works

1. We will not cover your entire context
2. We will work with assumptions, based on what you share
3. I will interrupt, challenge, and reframe to stay focused
4. The goal is decision clarity, not completeness

What you should expect

1. Your problem will likely sound obvious by the end & that’s the point
2. We will make trade-offs explicit (what to do and what to stop)
3. You’ll leave with 1–3 concrete decisions to act on immediately

This session is useful if:

1. You’re a owner, a founder or studio head with real ownership
2. You’re stuck between multiple “reasonable” options
3. You want an external operator’s judgment, not coaching
4. You’re ready to act, not just think

This session is NOT a fit if:

1. You’re looking for motivation or accountability coaching
2. You want detailed solutions or implementation plans
3. You’re early-career or exploring hypotheticals
4. You expect certainty instead of judgment under uncertainty
