Twelve years in, I've made most of the calls you're weighing right now - switching companies, staying somewhere a year too long, leaving somewhere a year too early, and deciding whether the manager track was worth it.

How the 25 minutes go:

1. First five: you tell me where you are and what's bothering you. Say the real thing; it's a closed room.
2. Next fifteen: I ask questions, push back where I disagree, and give you my actual read. Sometimes that read is "stay where you are for another year," and I'll tell you that if I believe it.
3. Last five: we turn it into two or three concrete things you do this month.

I'm not a certified career coach and I won't hand you a framework. I'm an engineer who's spent 12 years at SAP, MakeMyTrip and now Intuit, and who has hired, mentored and watched a lot of careers go well and badly. What you're getting is a senior peer's honest opinion.

Before the call: write three or four lines in the booking form about your situation. It saves us the first five minutes.
