Senior UX Researcher with a quant+qual background, currently User Research Lead for AIOps at Splunk> a Cisco Company. Strategic research is my expertise–my previous research has helped transformed product roadmaps and introduced new features across our toolkit (AI Assistants, APM, InfraMon, cross-product). I have worked on company-wide research programs, developing frameworks, and large-scale UXR strategies around experiential baselining and research democratization. I believe cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management is the key to successful research – from working with Data Science, Engineering and Design to negotiating roadmap priorities with PMs and senior leadership (Director and VP levels).
