I’m a management consultant by profession with 3+ years of experience building, refining, and reviewing CVs across corporate and consulting roles. During my MBA placements, I secured Day 1 shortlists by crafting a focused, action-oriented CV aligned with role requirements. I was also part of the Placements Preparation Committee, where I reviewed 100+ CVs for the junior batch—helping candidates improve structure, clarity, and role alignment. Post MBA, while working with PwC, I was part of the CV shortlisting committee, which gave me first-hand exposure to how recruiters evaluate resumes. When I planned my first switch post MBA, I rebuilt my CV using the same principles and received interview invites from all my target companies, leading to a successful and quick transition to Accenture Strategy. Along the way, I’ve also gained lots of interviewing experience both from technical and functional perspective, understanding what it takes to convert any interview with the right mindset and attitude.
