Most mock interviews grade your answers. I grade your thinking.
We'll run a realistic interview (technical or behavioral, your choice), and then I'll debrief you on two levels:
1. The content: what you said, what landed, what didn't, and how to sharpen it
2. The pattern: which cognitive biases showed up under pressure and how they distorted your performance
Most candidates don't choke from lack of knowledge. They choke because stress activates specific thinking patterns — confirmation bias, anchoring, fear of the unknown — that they can't see in the moment.
I'll teach you to notice these in real-time so you can self-correct during the actual interview, not just in practice.
Best for:
• Final-round prep (behavioral, system design, or technical storytelling)
• DevRel or developer education role interviews
• Anyone who interviews well in practice but underperforms live
You'll leave with:
• Detailed feedback on your answers
• A map of your under-pressure bias patterns
• 2-3 specific techniques to override them in the room
