My career includes significant roles at Marico, Colgate-Palmolive and Aditya Birla Group, leading organizational changes and developing leadership pipelines. My last stint as Head-HR at Bharti AXA Life Insurance was marked by organizational transformations, innovative HR services and a growth-focused talent strategy. Certified in Hogan Assessment, Job Evaluation, and Design Thinking, I am nearing ACC-level coaching credentials My true passion lies in helping people unlock their potential by gaining deeper awareness of their strengths, limitations, enablers and derailers.
