I work majorly with individuals experiencing Anxiety , Stress , Depression , Work-Life Balance concerns , Navigating Friendships and Relationships in Adulthood , Body Image concerns , and exploring sense of self. I also work with individuals dealing with (alcohol , cocaine , sex , phone ) addiction. I am inclined towards Eclectic approach integrating methods and resources from several therapeutic ideologies that best fit the client needs.
